The main villa features a beautiful open space for maximum 8 people with 2 complete air-conditioned ensuites with bathrooms, 1 with 2 double beds, the other one with 1 king size bed and wardrobe, 1 office space that can be used as a single room, 1 half bathroom, fully equiped kitchen, barbecue, dining room and living room, 1 indoor swimming pools. You can also use the tennis court, pool table, ATVs and swim in the cenote for an additional fee.

The house comes entirely furnished with linen and towels and has a very good wifi. The entire house electricity comes from solar panels so you have to make sure to save the energy has much as possible.

In case of running out of power, our caretaker will turn on the generator. He will be also available to help you out with anything you need in the house or in town. If you are more than 8 people, we have also a small studio behind the property where we can fit another 4 pax. The studio features 2 double beds and a large bathroom.
